公司下辖针织与梭织两条生产流水线，有完备的织造，染整，印花，起绒工艺及经验，主要以欧洲和日本进口设备为主，配套设施齐全：有高温高压溢流染色机、常温溢流染色机、常温冷染，常温卷染，门富士定型机、磨毛机、无涨力烘干机、起绒机，碳素磨毛机以及3条印花生产线。

Incorporated in 2000, Zhucheng Huafang Dyeing Ａnd Weaving Co., Ltd., is conveniently located in one of the cities of Jiaozhou Peninsula, ShＡndong Province, China -- Qingdao Economic Ａnd Industrial Zone with 70 km Ｆrom Qingdao Port. It runs two production lines: knitting Ａnd tatting. It boasts exceptional expertise Ａnd technical knowledge in weaving，dyeing Ａnd finishing， printing Ａnd gigging. And most of its equipment import Ｆrom Europe Ａnd Japan with complete supporting facilities: overflow dyeing machine of high temperature Ａnd high pressure, atmospheric overflow dyeing machine, cold dyeing at normal temperature, jig dyeing at normal temperature, Monforts stenter, sueding machine, tensionless dryer, raising machines, carbon sueding machine Ａnd three printing production lines.

我司可生产各种纯棉、涤棉、人棉、T/R、麻及棉涤混纺织物等。包括了各种汗布，棉毛，毛圈布，空气层，弹力布、竹节布、提花布、高支高密面料及其它普通品种的染色、印花，尤其擅长涤棉布染色及人棉活性印花及迷彩印花。可按客户要求对产品进行防水、免烫、磨毛、压光、特氟隆整理、抗皱、抗菌防虫等后整理深度加工。
