本公司是在从事十几年纺织品经营的基础上于2001年创建并拥有进出口权的有限责任公司，同年参与了国营大型纺织企业---国营山东菏泽棉纺织厂的股份制改造，成功参股组建了菏泽银河纺织有限责任公司。形成了15万锭的纺纱生产能力，年产各种纱线1.5万吨，喷气织机，剑杆织机，有梭织机1000余台，各种坯布3000万米，生产总值达到5亿元人民币的大型股份制企业。几年来我公司依托在山东的纺织生产基地及所处长三角的产业信息优势研发了各种特种纱线及优质面料，使公司所生产的系列产品成功出口到欧美，中东，非洲等地，深受广大客户的青睐。
