| 产品描述 | 热转移印花机原理： 热转移印花机是近几年来国际上逐渐兴起的一种印染新工艺。首先，用高级印刷技术将特殊的印染（水性或者油性），把所有需要的花色图案印刷到特种的纸上，制成带有各种花式的转移印花纸，然后在转移印花机上，将转移印花纸上印有图案的一面与被印织物密合后，通过热和压力的作用，使用花纸的染料产生升华作用，转移到被印织物上，在被印织物上形成所需的各种图案。 本厂引进台湾技术并根据市场需求不断专研、改进、开发ZY系列转移印花机，本机配套自动控边进布器和自动验卷机，使整个印布过程更为方便。 Transfer printing theory： Transfer printing is a kind of new technology which gradually rising up wordwide in recent several years.First,For making the transfer printing paper of kinds of patterns,print the required patterns onto the special paper with special dye(watersoluble or oil soluble)by advanced printing technology.Anadthen,on the transfer printing machine,close the pattern printed side of the transfer printing paper with the textile which will be printed,through the action of heat Ａnd pressure,induce the sublimation of the dye which absorbed by the printing paper,so the dye is transferred to the texfile be printed,kinds of required patterns are formed on the prnted textile.
